Who the collaboration is for.
We welcome conversations with businesses in logistics, manufacturing, construction and civil engineering, as well as companies with varied working environments. Relevant contacts include management, HR, occupational safety specialists and responsible departments. A willingness to contribute requirements and feedback is central to the collaboration.
What we define together.
Which employees need which topics? How can training fit into suitable time slots on company PCs? What information and PDF records do HR and safety specialists need? Language requirements, responsibilities and the planned administration are also defined together.
How a pilot project begins.
First, we discuss your needs and demonstrate the prototype. Next, we define topics, functions and a possible introduction process. An individual proposal follows. A start date and specific deliverables are agreed only after this discussion.
What does it cost?
The initial conversation and prototype demonstration are free of charge and non-binding. Services, costs and contractual terms for a pilot partnership are agreed individually before collaboration begins. Financial obligations arise only when a corresponding agreement is concluded.
Monthly rental plans
One monthly rental fee for the contracting company. All its locations are included, with no additional location fee. Employee limits apply to the total across all locations.

All prices are per month, excluding statutory VAT. SAFEWORK is in the prototype and planning phase; these are the planned rental rates for the future web app. Scope, contract duration and launch date will be agreed before the contract is concluded.

Useful information includes your industry, approximate employee count, current training topics and existing processes. Identify relevant contacts and requirements for languages, documentation or HR integration. Confidential employee data is not needed for this discussion.
